Free the Vaccine for Covid 19; Carnival March, London.
Universities receive billions in public funding for their research on Covid-19 vaccines, diagnostics, tracking tools and treatments. This “Carnival March for a People’s Vaccine” targeted London universities, asking them to sign the Open Covid Pledge, to stop drug companies profiteering with publicly funded research. I co-organised this event, creating the masks and other visuals. Free the Vaccine is a global campaign of artists, activists and students in 27 countries. I mentor several teams in Europe on creative activism and advocacy. www.freethevaccine.org
